Tasks and responsibilities of the Customer Support Officer:
- Proactively following up, supporting, and supervising sales orders and striving to provide the highest possible service to customers
- Placing orders, monitoring and taking care of the entire administrative, financial, and logistics handling
- You maintain close contact with the account team so that you are always aware of all agreements made with customers
- You play a nice pivotal role in this position where on the one hand you are in close contact with the customer, but on the other hand, you also maintain contact with the suppliers to ensure that all agreements are fulfilled and followed on both sides
- Monitor, follow up, and adjust suppliers' planned delivery dates as necessary
- Providing transport documents for delivery to customers and ensuring the preparation of (international) shipments
- Assisting the finance department to ensure that billing and credit control runs smoothly

Job Criteria Customer Support Officer
- You have at least completed a Secondary vocational education, preferably in a commercial direction
- About 2 years of experience in a similar environment is a big plus but not a must, this position can just as easily be interesting for a school leaver with potential, as well as for someone with more experience but who is ready for a nice new working environment!
- You feel like a fish in water when you are the connector between both the external customer and the internal customer (sales team)
- You get energy from working with customers and you have a real doer's mentality
- In addition, you have excellent communication skills, you are analytically strong, you can set priorities independently and you are naturally well-organized
- When it's busy, you keep a cool head and stand firm
- Since you will work with both Dutch and German clients, it is important that you can at least use the Dutch and English language for business purposes, German language is a pre.
