Someone who is able to create brand awareness and setting up commercial deals and find the right doors that fits the DNA of this beautiful footwear brand. Tasks and responsiblities of the Sales Representative;

  • You will be responsible for developing the turnover in respect with the brand values; this means you will be in charge of selling the collections to a strong portfolio of customers via outside and inside sales activities
  • Provide preseason targets per account
  • Prepare and planning the sales meeting respecting the company requirements
  • (Story telling/seasonal categories to push), take the orders, follow up the deliveries
  • Optimize the account preseason orders by regular replenishment proposal:
    - In relation with the sales director, propose close out products
    - In relation with the customer service, follow up the deliveries
  • Open New Stores:
    - Define a prospection plan on the area managed
    - Weekly follow up on the prospection plan
    - Provide all the required documents to finalize the openings
  • Optimize the merchandising exposure:
    - Analyse in each store the brand exposure
    - Ensure a maximum brand visibility (on shelves, in windows)
    - Negotiate in some cases (best doors) specific corners
    - Ensure the presence of Brand P.O.S
  • Manage the accounts portfolio:
    - Define an annual stores prioritization matrix
    - Provide regular trainings
    - In relation with the customer service: follow up the stores potential issues

Position of the Sales Representative within the company:
You will report directly to the Country Sales Manager Benelux.
