As the Online Marketeer for this great Fashion Outlet Center you will be responsible for digital strategy, content and campaign management, supporting the branding of this great Fashion Outlet, with the aim to grow footfall and spent per visit. You like to constantly improve the performance and the effects of all media channels, as part of the total marketing strategy. You report directly to the Marketing Director and work in a great marketing team where people love what they do and aim for the best. Tasks and responsibilities of the Online Marketeer:

  • You will use the full marketing mix, including email marketing, developing and monitoring digital advertising calendar and campaigns (including social media), and landing page design
  • Working closely with the wide Marketing and Retail team on marketing campaigns, as well as Group functions, with the aim to optimize local initiatives and execute/implement Group initiatives
  • Work closely with the Media agency and brief them on digital marketing objectives and campaigns
  • Manage and improve SEA & constantly improve SEO
  • Scheduling, copywriting, editing, proofreading, analysis, reporting for the website
  • Planning seasonal digital campaigns, particularly with focus on footfall growth
  • Content management of in-centre digital screens
  • Maintaining an updated knowledge of marketing administration systems contributing to campaign testing strategy and monitoring key competitor and market activity
  • Analysing results and manage improvements of all online channels, enhancing the customer journey

Job Criteria Online Marketeer

  • Previous digital marketing experience, ideally with a knowledge of media and social channels. A minimum of 3-5 years experience in online content and campaign management
  • Previous experience of planning, implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns and social media, using effective and creative SEO
  • You have experience with copywriting for search rankings
  • Creative data analysis, using Excel. Experienced in Google Analytics
  • A strong eye for design and experience creating ads (.gifs/.jpegs) using .psd
  • Excellent attention to detail with very strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently
  • A keen technological proficiency and interest in keeping up-to-date with the latest developments
  • An interest in learning about other areas of the business and an ability to synergize with the rest of the team
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch & English
  • 36 to 40 hours available per week
