Fashion Designer

In the role of Fashion Designer within this super dynamic fast-paced Fashion company, styling is your second language. We are looking for a passionate Fashion Designer to join the Buying & Design team. In this position, you will be the creative force behind their weekly new drops, ensuring the styles are fresh, on-point, and exactly what their customers crave. You work closely with the Buyers and Merchandise Planners to help bring their styles to life every week. You stay up to date with the latest fashion trends from competitors and beyond. You are creative and have a talent for translating trends into must-have pieces that perfectly embody the brand's identity. Collaboration is key in this role, you are always willing to share your expertise and inspire your colleagues. Also, you can build strong relationships with suppliers. As the new Fashion Designer, you will:

• Develop and launch fresh, trend-driven styles that align with the brand's mission
• Responsible for the design process, ensuring efficiency and following the company guidelines
• Continuously analyze market trends and customer data to stay ahead of the curve
• Design and develop prints in Adobe AI

• Passion for fashion and market expertise
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Fashion Design
• Strong commercial awareness
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Organizational and planning skills
• Flexibility and a proactive mindset
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Technical garment construction knowledge with a keen eye for detail
• Your success will be measured by: Maintaining top-notch quality standards
• You live in The Netherlands
• You can speak both Dutch and English
• You can drive to their HQ in Zwolle at least 4 days a week
