As Counter Boutique Manager of this high-end cosmetics & perfume brand, you are responsible for the overall management of your Counter (Store). You are also in charge of the management and development of your team. Your mission is to drive and maximize the store performance, while ensuring the best level of client experience. Tasks & Responsibilities of the Counter Boutique Manager:

  • Achieve Retail sales targets and elaborate and implement action plans to improve sales, service and the productivity of the teams
  • Drive the team to achieve and exceed their objectives and set Retail Sales targets and customer service standards and control expenses and manage budgets
  • Also accurate and structured forecasting & monitoring of retail sales. On a weekly, monthly & annual basis, reporting both brand and retailer level incl productivity analysis
  • Strong partner of head office in analysing results, providing relevant reports and proposing and implementing development or corrective action plans
  • Understand the competitive environment and identify opportunities for commercial development
  • Enable the team to conduct extra Promotional Services, In Store events & Retail Events
  • Ensure the correct execution of the store management procedures (opening and closing, cash handling, safety, HR)
  • Train and develop the corporate team to successfully manage your counter and guide them to a next step in their careers
  • Create successful teams by matching individual profiles and competencies and conduct the recruitments in a professional manner to ensure the highest quality of selling skills, customer service and work ethics
  • Optimize stock levels and sell through by analysing your sales and communicating with back office

You will report directly to the Retail Manager

Job Criteria Counter Boutique Manager High End Cosmetics

Experience:

  • 3 years + as a Business, Shop or Counter Manager responsible for teams from 5 to 10 people minimum, preferably in the luxury retail environment
  • Proven track record in excelling retail results (sales and profitability)
  • Proven record of working as a brand ambassador, being the main contact of all externals.
  • Experience of handling and executing well planned and successful prestigious brand events
  • Proven record of proactivity in building action plan short and mid-term to animate local clients and of creating local partnerships

Employment Agreements

  • Salary between € 3000-3500
